You may not use the Product to operate a service bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data of other persons or entities. publisher retains all ownership rights in the Product. You shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the Product. However you are allowed to distribute the original package\installation\zip through any medium ( intact in its original form and content ).

The Product is provided to you on an AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS basis, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Product is BORNE BY THE USER. IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBLISHER OR ITS EMPLOYEES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MIGHT OCCUR TO ANY OF YOUR PROPERTY, COMPUTER, ETC. IN CONSEQUENCE OF YOU USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER. Some locations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation of duration of an implied warranty. If you are in such a location, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

The Product is not fault-tolerant and is not intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Product could lead directly or indirectly to death, personal injury, physical or psychological trauma, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Accordingly, Licensor and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities. Licensee agrees that Licensor and its suppliers will not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Product in such applications.

You may not use the Product for any illegal or morally or ethically questionable purpose. You are responsible for complying with any local laws that may affect your right to import, export, or use the Product and you represent that you have complied with any regulations or registration procedures required by applicable law to make this license enforceable.

Pretty decent.

Not a bad product. Simple, to the point. Sure can't complain.
